Emma Morton & The Graces
BIOGRAPHY
“Emma Morton & the Graces pull you into their evocative and mysterious world full of juxtaposing experiences of love and hate, fear and freedom…”
(Moodboard Magazine, 2017)
Emma Morton & the Graces is a three-piece band layered with elements of jazz, roots-rock and folk, brought together by Emma’s Scottish vocals and the band’s Italian roots in a unique and authentic collaboration. Composed of singer-songwriter Emma Morton, drummer Piero Perelli and guitarist Luca Giovacchini, their debut album Bitten by the Devil (2018) is a raw piece of music, exploring the taboo worlds of sex, violence and depression with freedom and honesty.
There are several celebrated collaborators on the album, including platinum selling artist Raphael Gualazzi, Gabriele Evangelista, Antonio Gramentieri (Sacri Cuori, Don Antonio) and Grammy Winner Gene Paul.
