Established in 2005, Freshly Squeezed as a record label and music publisher evolved to become “world leaders in putting a modern spin on vintage sounds” (Mixmag) pioneering what has since become a mainstream obsession with the cultures of yesteryear. The independent British label was behind the award-winning WHITE MINK compilation series and events, (“electro swing’s first landmark moment”), building a deep catalogue of unexpected, quirky, idiosyncratic music you’re unlikely to hear anywhere else. Freshly Squeezed launched and developed genre-defining artists including Swingrowers, Odd Chap, Jamie Berry, Swing Republic, Little Violet and Mista Trick to name just a few, while promoting sell-out UK shows by artists like Caravan Palace and Parov Stelar and curating multiple festival stages from Glastonbury to Love Supreme.

What began as a DIY approach to music videos with a shoestring budget has grown into a main YouTube channel with higher production values that has now over 100 million views to date.

We are firm believers that music, tastes and genres are ever-evolving. Our carefully curated roster continues to challenge expectations in our uncompromising quest for the very best music in our space. That has enabled us to mature from a small bedroom label to becoming one of the survivors in our industry.
