Grinny Grandad are a York based music collective whose songs have featured in the likes of Grand Theft Auto (San Andreas and Liberty City Stories), Desperados Beer Advert and various TV shows – Come Dine With Me, Super Scrimpers (Channel 4), The One Show (BBC 1) and Celebrity Wedding Planner (Channel 5).

Their music can also be heard on the soundtrack of French film La Croisiere. Grinny Grandad has received radio support from BBC Radio (BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2, BBC Radio 6), XFM and Kiss FM as well as a live session at the infamous Maida Vale Studios for BBC Radio 1. They regularly play festivals including Glastonbury and hold a residency at Beatherder.
