This project was born from the encounter of the two producers Gabriele Concas and Matteo Marini. After their debut album “Swing Circus” was released by Warner (2014), the Turin based DJ duo formed a band and toured playing festival stages around the globe.

Three years after the release of “Swing Circus” for Warner music and after two film soundtracks presented at the Venice film festival (“Le ultime cose” by Irene Dionisio and “Bruttie Cattivi” by Cosimo Gomez) comes ‘Antique beats’, the second album of the band.

Signing with Freshly Squeezed, they released their album “Antique Beats” in 2018. Featuring a mash up of vintage styles, electronica, dub, reggae and more recently even middle eastern sounds; the band has been described as ‘a sound bridge between Turin, Kingston and Brixton’.
